Job duties:
Count tiny parts in little boxes
Use previous order history matched to production plans to make rapid desicions on how many more tiny parts are needed.
Read BOMs to forcast parts need
Scheduale when orders will arrive to maximise shelf space usage without allowing parts to sit on skids in receiving.
Uncrate and put away tiny parts.
Ensure all tiny part counts match invoice.
Keep good vendor relations
Strong arm vendors for continuous cost savings.

Qulifications:
Be able to read build to print drawings
Be able to lift 22.5 Kgs
Be at your desk when called
Own your emotions
Take responsibility for your mistakes and not blame others
Be available for after hours calls
10+ years experiance in a related high pressure, tight deadline, manufacturing, environment
No personal pictures in your cubical space
Must be fully vaccinated with all booster shots
Must have a BS in in at least on of the following fields:
Buisness management
Electrical Engineering
Process package engineering
